Baby Length: A tad over 15 inches head to heel
Baby Weight: About 2 1/2 lbs
Baby weighs as much as: A Butternut Squash
Weight gain/loss: Still staying around the same range. My weight seems to go up or down a lb from day to day, but I am up somewhere between 17 and 19 lbs.
Maternity clothes? I'm starting to work in the maternity wear. Its just more comfortable. I do feel like the clothes from Motherhood and Pea in the Pod that I got from my friends make me look much more pregnant than my normal clothes that I've been making work.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleeping? Have a really hard time shutting down for the night (probably because there is so much on my mind) but once I fall asleep I sleep okay. I am waking up at least once or twice a night to go to the bathroom. This peeing and pregnancy this is a little frustrating...I can go from not having to go at all to basically peeing my pants in about 1 minute. Once I have to go there is no holding it. I guess I should probably start trying to do Kegels or something. Otherwise, after baby comes I may have to wear adult diapers ;)
Best moment this week: Ordered my stroller! I love that Buy Buy Baby is a Bed Bath & Beyond company. That means I can interchangeably use their coupons. Last night I went to Bed Bath & Beyond around the corner from our rental (instead of the BBBaby all the way in Alpharetta) and bought my stroller using a 20% off coupon which I don't think they would have let me use in the Baby store. Saved us about $150 with taxes - Yippee! The best thing of all is that the stroller is called the "Jake" which makes it even more perfect for us. It comes with a bassinet that we plan to use for the first 4 or so months while the baby needs to be with us at night.
I also finally bit the bullet and ordered a Glider/Recliner and Ottoman for the Nursery from BBBaby. They did let me use the 20% BB&B coupons on that as well which saved us a nice chunk of change. Unfortunately, when I ordered I found out that it takes them about 10 to 12 weeks to come in, so that may be on late delivery to our Nash family nursery after the Nashable makes his/her entrance. I went with the biggest gilder/recliner they had so that it would fit Jake's tall booty and added the recliner because I thought it might help us to be more likely to use the chair down the road. I wanted to do a fun nursery fabric, but again Practical Allison kicked in and I went with a neutral colored microsuede called Arctic. Should look nice with the gray and white nursery colors. One more nursery update....Pottery barn kids keeps sending me conflicting info on when my stupid Extra Wide Dresser with Topper will be back in stock and delivered. At first it was in stock, then it was backordered until 9/29 with delivery in the 2 weeks after that, and now last night at 1:43 am they emailed to tell me its backordered until 11/15 -- meaning delivery around the 5th of December. What?! December?!! I called them to complain and get worked up, andt they weren't really sure why the status was updated but did see that it indeed showed 11/15 availability - despite the warehouse showing the shipment comes in for fulfillment 9/29. So who knows. We'll see when it shows up. Here are some pics of the additions! I did not order the adorable color shown in the glider pic - although you know I wanted to!!
Miss anything? The beach in Hawaii. Nothing to do. No lists of outstanding items. Clear mind.

Feel any movement? Lots of moving and I can feel the baby higher than before. Strangely I still am not that big really - except for in my butt and thighs of course.
Food cravings: Not really this week.
Food cravings: Not really this week.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Get nausea if I lay on my back sometimes or just randomly it seems. Otherwise feeling pretty good.
Gender: Team Green!
Labor Signs: Not this week. My lower abdomen is sore sometimes but not often.
Symptoms: Grumpy and crazy...that about sums it up ;)
Belly Button? It's still in there but wants to come out. I can just tell.
Wedding rings? Always tight. I haven't worn them for 3 days. Probably should put them back on.
Happy or Moody? This week was stressful because we have a big product launch for work that has been very time-consuming and requires travel, and then I also had my 3 hr Glucose screening test on Monday since I failed the 1 hr screening last week. I had to cancel it and move it to Tuesday since one of our local sales reps needed training on Monday (or claimed he did) and I wasn't disappointed to move it since I had carbed it up a little over the weekend at a birthday party and ate ice cream cake at a friend's house friday night. So Tuesday morning I roll into the OB's office after fasting since 10 or 11 pm and start the tests. They start by checking your fasting blood sugar and mine was 80 which is good since it has to be under 97. Then in 5 minutes they make you drink that awful sugary substance (at least they give you a straw!) and you have to drink twice as much as last time - 10 full ounces. Come back one hour later, and they prick your finger again, this time looking for less than 178....well, I failed again in the first hour. With a 213, which the nurse said is pretty high. Boo. By failing hour 1 it meant that I had to complete the full 3 hours of testing and stressing and pricking of fingers. I come back an hour later certain of my demise and future of glucose testing and modified diabetic diets, but I passed hour 2!!! I had to be below 157 and I was at 140 - which was a very good sign that my body was able to produce insulin...it just has a delayed response. I had one more hour to go and only had to drop 3 more points to 137 - which I easily did with a 64. The nurse was actually a bit concerned by the 64 since it was so low and told me to beeline it to Chick-fila and eat immediately. It was a close call, but in the end, I passed! Yippee! No Gestational Diabetes!
